Who we are
CalcLogicHub operates calclogichub.com and is responsible for the first-party processing described in this policy. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to contact@calclogichub.com.
Calculator inputs and results
Calculations run locally in your browser. Values entered into calculator fields and the results produced from those values are not sent to or stored on our servers. You do not need an account to use the calculators.
Repayment and savings CSV exports are generated locally after you select Download. The file contains your modeled monthly amounts and is saved to the location controlled by your browser. We do not upload or retain a copy. Example buttons use fictional, fixed inputs and do not retrieve personal records. If you share a downloaded file yourself, its contents are disclosed to the recipients you choose.
Information we process
- Local preferences: favorites, recently used calculators, and privacy choices may be stored in your browser so those features work between visits.
- Optional first-party analytics: only after you allow analytics, we collect page path, page title, referrer hostname, browser language, screen and viewport width, and general device, browser, and operating-system categories. We do not collect calculator inputs or results.
- Advertising data: Google and participating advertising vendors may process device identifiers, cookies or similar storage, IP address, browser information, ad interactions, and page context to deliver, measure, protect, and, where permitted, personalize advertising.
- Technical logs: web-hosting and security systems may process IP address, request time, requested URL, referrer, and user-agent information to deliver the site, prevent abuse, and diagnose failures.
- Messages you send: if you email us, we receive the address, message, and any information you choose to include.
First-party analytics
Our optional analytics uses a random browser identifier and a session identifier after you choose “Allow analytics.” The identifiers are converted to keyed hashes before storage in our analytics database. Raw analytics events are retained for up to 90 days and are then deleted under the current retention setting. A network request necessarily exposes an IP address to the receiving infrastructure, but the analytics event record does not store a raw IP address. The tracker also stops when your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track.
You can change this choice at any time. Declining analytics removes the analytics identifiers from this browser and prevents new analytics events after the page reloads.
Google AdSense and advertising cookies
Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on visits to CalcLogicHub and/or other sites on the Internet.
Other third-party vendors or ad networks may also use cookies or similar technologies when they are enabled to serve ads on this site. Their processing, retention periods, and opt-out methods are governed by their own policies. The consent message available in your region identifies participating advertising vendors and purposes.

Consent and privacy choices
Google requires a certified consent management platform that integrates with the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework for personalized advertising in the EEA, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland. When a Google regional consent message is published for this site, visitors can consent, refuse consent, manage vendors and purposes, and later reopen the message using the “Privacy & cookie settings” control in the footer. Our separate first-party analytics choice is controlled by the banner and button above.
Some US privacy laws may treat personalized advertising disclosures as a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. Where applicable, use the regional privacy message, the footer privacy-settings control, browser Global Privacy Control, or email us to exercise an available opt-out right.
Purposes and legal bases
We process information to provide requested site functions, remember choices, measure and improve performance, prevent fraud and abuse, respond to messages, and fund the service through advertising. Depending on your location and the activity, processing is based on consent, our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the site, performance of a requested service, or compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal.
Retention
Browser preferences remain until you remove them or clear site data. Raw first-party analytics events are currently retained for up to 90 days; aggregate statistics may be retained longer without the original browser identifiers. Security logs and correspondence are kept only as long as reasonably needed for security, support, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. Google and other vendors apply their own retention schedules.
Sharing and international processing
Information may be processed by hosting, security, analytics, and advertising providers that help operate the site. We do not sell calculator inputs or results. Providers may process data in countries other than your own, subject to their contractual safeguards and applicable transfer mechanisms. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect users, the site, or legal rights.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing; withdraw consent; opt out of certain advertising disclosures; and complain to a data-protection authority. Because most site use does not involve an account and analytics identifiers are pseudonymous, we may need information that reasonably verifies and locates a request. Contact us using the address above. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
Children
CalcLogicHub is a general-audience service and is not directed to children under 13 or the minimum age required by local law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. A parent or guardian who believes a child sent us personal information should contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
Security and external links
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no Internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. Calculator pages may link to external references, advertisers, or services whose privacy practices are not controlled by CalcLogicHub.
